Baby Class Mathematical Concepts Mid Term III Examination 2023

This four-page Baby Class assessment from the Outreach Schools Examination Board was set as a mid-term paper for the third term of 2023. It covers Learning Area 4, Mathematical Concepts, for children aged three to four. Learners copy and draw basic shapes and count groups of pictured objects, writing how many there are. They also match sets of objects to the numbers 1 to 5 and circle the correct number for each group from a choice of three. The paper opens with spaces for the learner's name, school and class. It suits nursery teachers who need an end-of-year check on early number skills, and parents can use it for practice at home.
