Primary 5 Integrated Science End of Year Exam 2023 (Term 3) with Answers

This is a Primary Five Integrated Science end-of-year examination from 2023, set by the Jerox Educational Consultancy in Kampala. Learners have 2 hours 15 minutes. Section A has 40 short one-mark questions and Section B has 15 structured four-mark questions. The questions cover states and changes of matter, heat transfer, plants and germination, flowers and pollination, crop growing and pest control, soil layers, rabbit, goat, sheep, poultry and bee keeping, vectors and disease, immunisation, deficiency diseases, Primary Health Care, sanitation, first aid and personal hygiene. A marking guide with suggested answers is included at the end, so teachers can use it for revision and pupils can use it to practise.
