Primary Five Integrated Science End of Year Exam 2022 – Raayat Islamic Primary

This is the Primary Five Integrated Science end-of-year examination that Raayat Islamic Nursery and Primary School in Makindye, Kampala, set in 2022. Learners have 2 hours 15 minutes. Section A has 40 short-answer questions worth 40 marks, and Section B has 15 longer structured questions worth 60 marks. The questions cover sanitation and disease, first aid and fractures, flower and root structure, animal reproduction terms, the digestive system, worms and germs, useful insects, soil types, and mulching. Many questions use diagrams. Pupils can use it for revision, and teachers can use it to prepare end-of-year assessments.
