UCE Fine Art Paper 5 (612/5): Craft A – Graphics Practical Exam

This is a Uganda Certificate of Education Fine Art practical paper, code 612/5, for Craft A (Graphics). It sets a 2¼-hour planning session followed by a 3-hour practical session. Candidates attempt one of four design tasks: a bottle label for a lemon drink, a restaurant menu card listing five foods, a logo for a motor importing company, or a short inspirational passage written in calligraphy inside a decorated border. Each task gives exact dimensions and limits the number of colours. Learners can use it to practise lettering, layout and commercial graphic design for the final exam.
