English Language Paper 2 (UCE) Set R – Kiira College Butiki

This is an English Language Paper 2 practice examination from Kiira College Butiki, prepared for the Uganda Certificate of Education. It begins with a summary task: learners read a passage on the principles of democratic government and write about 120 words, using a rough copy and a fair copy. Two comprehension passages follow. One is a story about a village pastor whose church competes with a nearby bar, answered with open questions and vocabulary items. The other is about a rabies outbreak in Costa Rica, answered with multiple-choice questions.
