Molarity Questions: Acid–Base Titration Practicals
0 views 0 downloads 0 shares 3 October 2026

This chemistry resource is a large set of practical-style questions on molarity. Each item describes a volumetric analysis experiment in which two solutions, labelled BA1 and BA2, are titrated against each other. The pairs include sodium carbonate, sodium hydroxide, hydrochloric acid, sulphuric acid and oxalic acid. Learners follow the procedure, using methyl orange or phenolphthalein as the indicator, and fill in a table of burette readings and titre values. They then find the number of moles that reacted, write the balanced equation and work out the unknown concentration in moles per litre. Answer spaces are provided, so it suits classroom practice, revision and preparation for practical exams.
