P4 Social Studies Scheme of Work, Term III

This Primary 4 Social Studies scheme outlines Term III teaching through weekly periods, learning competencies, vocabulary, content, methods and classroom activities. Topics include basic needs, education, health, security, electricity, safe water, transport and communication. It also addresses district economic activities, industries, tourism and fishing. Entries suggest discussion, guided discovery, reading and writing, alongside teaching aids and textbook references. The scheme supports teachers in organising lessons about community services and livelihoods in Uganda, although some wording and activity assignments need review.
