Primary 5 English Lesson Notes, Terms I–III
0 views 0 downloads 0 shares 3 October 2026

These are English lesson notes for Primary 5 that cover Terms I to III and are arranged as numbered lessons. The first section deals with punctuation: capital letters, full stops, question marks, exclamation marks, commas, apostrophes and quotation marks. Each rule is explained with examples. The notes then move on to nouns. They cover proper, common, compound, collective and abstract nouns, the rules for forming plurals, and how abstract nouns are made from adjectives, verbs and other nouns. Every lesson ends with evaluation exercises, such as punctuating sentences, writing plurals and singulars, and completing gaps, so learners can practise and teachers can check understanding.
